Corrected Summer 2013 Media Release

Due to an editing error, the forecast NPCC coincident peak demand for this summer was originally reported to be about 0.3% less than last summer’s forecast, rather than about 0.3% more. This minor correction does not change the assessment’s results that show the increasing effectiveness of conservation, efficiency and demand response programs in reducing summer peak demand. The attached media release incorporates this correction.
