Regional Consistency Reporting Tool

The eight Regional Entities are committed to ensuring and promoting consistency across the ERO. This tool was created as a way to assist the Regional Entities in their efforts to improve consistency across the ERO.

The purpose of the Regional Consistency Reporting Tool is to create an open channel of communication for relevant industry stakeholders to report any perceived inconsisten-cies between two or more Regional Entities or perceived inconsistencies with applicable published processes, procedures, or rules. Once reports are made, representatives from the primary Region are assigned to the report. They will review the identified issues and address any actual inconsistencies. Consistency will be viewed in light of the use of com-mon methods, practices and tools such that the outcomes are fair, reasonable, and with-out bias - not necessarily identical.
