On June 7, 2022, a Joint Cybersecurity Advisory (CSA) was issued from the National Security Agency (NSA), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The CSA describes the ways in which PRC state-sponsored cyber actors continue to exploit publicly known vulnerabilities in order to establish a broad network of compromised infrastructure.
The CSA provides information on:
- Common vulnerabilities exploited by PRC state-sponsored cyber actors
- Telecommunications and network service provider targeting
- Recommended Mitigations
