Retirement of NPCC’s Compliance Portal (CDAA)

As the ERO continues to adopt the use of the ERO Portal and Align, NPCC is excited to announce that our legacy compliance portal (CDAA) has been retired. Going forward, all functionality that was traditionally done in CDAA will be done in ERO Applications.

• Compliance Contact Roles – Contact roles are tied to entity registrations in the ERO Portal/CORES. Entities are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date using this guide (page 25-26). For assistance updating your contact roles, please contact Kimberly Griffith (kgriffith@npcc.org).
• Enforcement Activities (self-reports, self-logs, mitigation activities, etc.) – This functionality was moved to Align in 2021. Training material for this functionality is available here (videos 1 to 16).
• Periodic Data Submittals (PDSs) and Technical Feasibility Exceptions (TFEs) – PDSs and TFEs have used Align since 2021. Training material for this functionality is available here (videos 19 to 28).

NPCC is currently working with NERC on the migration of our historical enforcement data from CDAA into Align, with an expected completion date in 2023. If your entity needs any historical information out of CDAA please contact enforcement@npcc.org. If the Enforcement team requires any historical information from your entity, we will contact you.
