2022 NPCC Special Members Meeting – Bylaws

This announcement serves as official notice of an NPCC Special Members Meeting to approve changes to the NPCC Bylaws to be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 10 a.m. to approximately 11 a.m. via WebEx.

If you are planning to attend, it is required that you register through this link no later than noon, Thursday, September 8, 2022. NPCC recommends using a computer for this meeting to assist with quorum and vote tracking.

If you are unable to participate via WebEx, NPCC requests that you designate a proxy using the attached proxy form. Your timely notification to NPCC of that proxy designation, is extremely important to establish a quorum and act on the business of NPCC. Please complete your signed proxy form no later than noon, Thursday, September 8, 2022.
